Yummy Chewy Raw Granola Recipe

Honestly, this recipe is very flexible,
you can make it however you want
and it will turn out delicious!

Mix together till smooth:
1/2 cup honey or agave (I first add 1/4 cup and then wait till the end to see if it needs to be sweeter, I rarely use the whole 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup coconut oil (A very healthy oil, good for weight loss, skin and hair and heart health)
1/4 cup nut butter (I use almond butter, but you can use peanut butter)
Add 1 tsp vanilla to mixture

In a bowl, blend:
1 cup rolled oats (I use unsweetened coconut because I can't eat gluten)
1/2 cup raw coarsely chopped almonds
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw pistachios
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cashews
Optional: Add some dried fruit (I don't really like raisins in things so i used dried cherries

Most of the time I don't have all these ingredients, so I just use what ever I have on hand, adding up close to 1 3/4 cup, sunflower, pumpkin and mixed nuts usually, or use coconut for part of it if you used oats for the main part.

Mix them together and press into an half cake pan and cool in fridge or freezer until firm.
Cut into squares and place in baggies in the freezer for later.
Enjoy!

My family enjoys these, even Curtis will eat a couple. I hope you like them too.
